Currently we can ship to New Zealand, Australia, Europe, UK, USA, Canada, Japan, Hong Kong & China.

 

Dispatch Times

The team at K Design will work really hard to process your order as soon as possible and once payment has been received, we aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 working days (provided no further information is required). Orders are processed from Monday-Friday.

Please note that dispatch times may be longer during peak trading times, holidays and sale periods. We appreciate your patience during this time.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey (if the tracked service is selected).

Within New Zealand we use either NZ Post OR NZ Couriers (depending on the size of the package and destination).

International

Within New Zealand we use either NZ Post OR NZ Couriers (depending on the size of the package and destination).

Untracked: As much as we would like to keep the postage cost as low as possible, we do not recommend using the untracked service. This is an economical delivery service but offers no tracking and we take no responsibility and offer no compensation for parcels that do not arrive.

Tracked: Shipped via NZ Post International Express Courier. This is a fully tracked delivery service with NZ Post offering full cover for lost or damaged parcels.

 

Additional Information

Once your order has been collected from K Design the package becomes the responsibility of the shipping provider and we are unable to redirect, cancel, speed up or otherwise influence the delivery of your parcel. For further information you will be referred to the shipping provider.
